On the weekend of 14 – 15 October 2023 the vineyards of the Graves wine area of Bordeaux open their doors to the public Journées portes ouvertes for the Graves Wine Weekend.
From la Brède to Langon (33 Gironde, Nouvelle Aquitaine), along the banks of the river Garonne, the winemakers of the Graves offer wine lovers and the curious the opportunity to discover the world of the wines of Graves – red, dry whites, sweet whites and dessert wines. The local wine syndicate is in Podensac but the wineries are situated throughout the appellation.
Meet the winemakers, explore their knowledge and their passion in the area which first discovered the wines of Bordeaux! Wine tastings, entertainment for young and old, local foods and a festive weekend!
The area includes the villages of Sauternes, Pessac, Talence, Léognan, Martillac, Saint-Morillon, and Portets.
