MICHELIN has presented the 2025 restaurant selection of The MICHELIN Guide France, which was unveiled during the annual MICHELIN Guide Ceremony in Metz. This year’s Ceremony saw the announcement of a range of awards, including two restaurants presented with the highest honour of 3 MICHELIN Stars.
This edition of the guide has awarded 78 new stars, including 2 significant 3-star rankings. There are also 9 new 2-star restaurants; 57 new 1-stars, spread across all regions of France; and 10 new green-star restaurants, bringing the total to 100 restaurants recognised for their commitment to sustainable gastronomy
