The village of Tourettes-sur-Loup (06 Alpes-Maritimes, Provence) celebrates violets with its Violet Festival (Fête des Violettes or La Violette dans tous ses états) which takes place 2 – 3 March 2024 .
with music, artisan market, floral museum, medieval villages and a parade and Battle of the Flowers to finish it off, this should be a colorful weekend. Situated 14 km from the Mediterranean coast, between Vence and Grasse, Tourrettes-sur-Loup is predominantly a tourist village however it does have a rich historical background.
