French Roads and traffic in May 2019

May is a relatively quiet month on the roads in France – just the days around the public holidays when roads out of Paris and some other major cities will be busy before the holiday and then again after the holiday when roads back into the city will be busy.

• 30 May 2019 – Ascension Day (Ascension catholique)
