Festival of Red Fruits at Noyon

The Marché aux Fruits Rouges – Festival of Red Fruits is held annually in early July at Noyon (60 Oise, Picardie) 5 July 2015

logoAs is customary in France this is a celebration of the local red fruits (strawberries, raspberries, cherries, red currants etc) and as well as 100 local producers offering fruits to buy, there will be music, a cookery demonstration/competition and the local café waiters have a race around the town centre – all in front of the impressive Cathedral.

Noyon is about 90 miles north east of Paris.
