From Thursday 14 January to Sunday 17 January 2010 Valloire in the French Alps (73 Savoie, Rhone-Alpes) hosts an international Ice Sculpture competition
This is followed from Tuesday 19 January to Friday 22 January 2010 by the 27th anniversary Snow Sculpture competition with traditional art from Canada.
Valloire is the only place in France to organise this international event.
With good snow conditions in the Alps this year the exhibits may last a little longer than some years
